When I upgraded from 5.0.11 to 6.0.0 my server crashed often. I noticed that it was happeining durring replication between two servers. I disabled replication for a period of time and varified that it did not crash. Then I turned on replication again and watched the console very closly. I found that when it initiated replicatio with one particular mail database it crashed. (This was before upgrading the mail application design). I then deleted that replica from the down stream server so it would not be replicated. All was well, no more crashy. However, I have gone as far as deleting that particular mail database and create one from scratch. No problem. But, if I create a replica from that to the down stream database. CRASH!!! From there I moved on. It may have something to do with the database name, as dumb as that sounds.
